Customised J45 & J50 Crushers and TS4080 Stackers
Collins Earthworks’ blue is known across the industry and instantly tells customers that the job at hand will be completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
The custom blue J45, J50 and TS4080 machines pictured above were provided as part of a 20-week project, totalling 40 machines on site.
The McCloskey TS4080 Tracked Stacker is available in both standard and dual power models. With a stockpile height of 8.89m, this machine allows operators to stockpile quickly and efficiently, without the need for an additional loader.
Customised J45R
Doherty Plant specialise in construction, agricultural, recycling and heavy plant machinery, as well as offering groundworks services.
The customised J45R combines the productivity of the J45 with a full screening and recirculating system. This allows Doherty to provide a crushed and screened final product, without requiring two machines.
Customised GIPO Mag 2700 VSI
This custom GIPO machine epitomises the exceptional quality you get from GIPO.
The 2700 can crush and shape in one pass, ensuring a lower cost per tonne and operating up to 500 TPH. This custom yellow machine is used in a sandstone operation.
GIPOKOMBI RC 130 FDR DA
Neal’s Soils have a sophisticated operation, screening the material provided from a range of construction jobs, and adding compost to create high quality soils.
We were able to provide them with an equally sophisticated machine, a customised GIPOKOMBI RC 130 FDR DA. Capable of 500TPH, the RC 130 is a powerful machine that is beautifully coloured in Neal’s signature green to suit their overall operation.
Customised J45
In 2022, Agg-Pro featured a customised McCloskey J45 on their stand at Hillhead.
The J45 is ideal for Type 1 crushing applications, with its high capacity jaw crusher and heavy duty bofor design to reduce material sticking.
This rugged and well-known machine was perfect for Hillhead, and the custom wrap showcased the Peaky Blinders who originate from Birmingham, near to Agg-Pro’s HQ in Tamworth
