Our sales team, which has seen remarkable growth in recent years with the addition of experts Darren Robinson, John McArdle and Dean Ashton, travelled to Northern Ireland to meet with three of our industry-leading suppliers.
Day one included a tour of the Tesab Engineering factory in Omagh, viewing the 800i Crusher amongst others. Tesab are known for their robust and reliable machines for mining, shipping and quarrying applications. Tesab specialists Tom Pope, Darren Robinson and Jonny McNaugher were able to get a hands-on look at the powerful machinery being built in the factory, followed by informative presentations from the Tesab team.
Day two saw the team visit the McCloskey Environmental team to learn more about the cutting edge shredders and trommels on offer.
McCloskey Environmental are committed to building smarter equipment at the forefront of the ever-growing world of waste and recycling machinery. Machines such as the ES-250 and ESS-300 are specifically designed to solve real world challenges, with tried and tested shredding chambers that cope with the varied contents found in black bag waste.
Agg-Pro have a specialist team for the McCloskey Environmental range of recycling machinery. Tom Elgin, Fintan Harkin, John McArdle, Dean Ashton and Cathal Eastwood have many years of experience in the sector and are pictured below alongside McCloskey’s expert team.
The final day was hosted by a manufacturer that requires no introduction, McCloskey International. Leaders in their industry, McCloskey International took the sales team on a tour of their immaculate facilities. Their reputation precedes the quality of their machines, which are used around the world in a range of applications such as aggregates, infrastructure, construction, demolition, mining, waste management and recycling.
McCloskey International are at the forefront of technological advancement in today's mobile screening and crushing world. Machinery on show included the S250 Screen, a flagship machine with an a class-leading screening area making it the superior choice for screening aggregate material.
Reflecting on the experience, Agg-Pro's Commercial Director, Steve Peterson, emphasised the invaluable opportunity to engage with engineering experts and operational leaders.
