In three short weeks, our very own John McArdle will run the London Landmarks Half Marathon in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.

In preparation John has been training relentlessly, running five days a week over the past few months.
John is running in the memory of his late grandfather who sadly passed away with prostate cancer in 2017.
Prostate cancer is now the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the UK, with one in eight men being diagnosed with the illness and one man dying with it every 45 minutes.
