The new McCloskey® J4 builds on the robust design of the proven performance McCloskey jaw crushers, while adding new productivity with an exciting line-up of features aimed at boosting productivity and offering enhanced durability across applications.
Designed to withstand the toughest conditions worldwide, the J4 delivers high TPH due to its innovative jaw chamber design and enhanced material flow. The large, deep chamber has proven to be
particularly effective in hard rock applications, with an optional factory-fit rock hammer available.
The large 1060mm x 700mm jaw opening accommodates large feed sizes, also contributing to higher production in material processing.
The material path is enhanced with the 1064mm x 2190mm double deck grizzly pre-screen under the hopper that, along with the variable speed panfeeder, allows for better sizing of material with a variety of mesh options.
McCloskey engineers have designed the J4 to meet the evolving requirements of today’s projects and operations.
