Having grown up in a small village near Swadlincote in South Derbyshire, Paul enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family and walking the dog. When not out and about with the family you can often find Paul creating culinary delights in the kitchen or at local sporting events.

Paul has extensive experience gained through 25 years working in screening and crushing. At the core of this was a role that started out as a temp job and led to a successful 20-year period within the industry.
Paul progressed from a labourer to an assembly fitter and then onto a role as a Production Manager where he was heavily involved in the purchasing and production planning.

Role as Engineering Facilities Manager at Agg Pro
Paul’s role is heavily focused on working with Brian, the Workshop Manager to assist with the running of the workshop and identify improvements in terms of efficiencies and safety. This is extended to managing general facility improvements throughout the site.
As part of this he will look after all plant and equipment maintenance to ensure its serviced and safe.
Values & influences
The people who have impacted Paul the most in his life are his parents who taught him many valuable lessons and instilled strong work ethics and morals which have remained consistent throughout his life.
This has shaped Pauls values of honesty and hard work where everyone should be treated equally and with respect. Ultimately, he lives his life by the concept of ‘Treat people how you expect to be treated’.
