Mainsway Ltd, based in Brickfields, Merseyside offers a multitude of services to its customers, including supplying a range of recycled aggregates to both the building trade and the public.
Established in 1984, Mainsway are a family run business that currently boasts three generations working within the company.
Over the years, Mainsway have purchased multiple McCloskey machines through Agg Pro. Back in 2015 they invested in both an R155 and S190 screener, then followed that up with a 516RT trommel in 2018 and this year the latest addition in the form of a J40 jaw crusher.
After the successful installation of the new J40, we caught up with Dominic Bradshaw, the Recycling Manager at Mainsway to ask him a few quickfire questions.

What’s your favourite machine?
“That’s a tough one but it has to be the McCloskey R155, it’s unbelievably robust, can screen in all weathers and never misses a beat.
“Prior to the R155 we worked with an old style three way split with a vibrating grid on the feeder. The scalping screen in the McCloskey is far more robust and has the option to work with a smaller footprint.”
